Ollie Robinson and Oli Carter: Sussex duo sign two-year contract extensions

England bowler Ollie Robinson and wicket-keeper-batter Oli Carter have both signed two-year contract extensions with Sussex.

Sussex have made a strong start to the County Championship season, sitting third in the table after winning promotion to Division One last season.

Fast bowler Robinson, 31, has taken 369 wickets in 85 first-class matches at an average of 21.04 in red ball cricket since making his Sussex debut 10 years ago.

He has also earned 20 Test caps for England, playing in the 2023 home Ashes series, but has not represented the national team since February 2024.
